communicate, or get his ideas across to his QB baffle me. As you say he articulates well to the writers, so how could he fall flat with a player? Communication as we all know is a 2 way street, what a person is communicating is a waste of time if the person(s) he doing it towards can't grasp what he's saying AND doesn't communicate that back. He seems to listen well which IMO is the building block of communication....If that person he is talking to doesn't offer up I would assume he thinks that person is "getting it". IMO that may have been a big issue with Jared.
