...the guy gives amazing interviews.
I know that really has nothing to do with coaching ability. But dang, his thought processes and language command along with his engaging personality just emulates from him. I just can't see it not affecting his coaching and communication with players. He just exudes that authority that coaches need while at the same time having that personality that is in control and brings out the best in people. I really think the sky is the limit with him and I can't wait to see what his personal learning process brings to this team over the next 20-30 years ( I hope). Listening to him always make me wish the season would start the next day!
