He might think the TO's stopped because the risk level dropped dramatically (look how they threw deep with just one game of Wolford which is a small sample size, but bears mentioning and how many of Goff's throws in the two playoff games were relatively short) and he is frustrated he neutered the offense from where it was in 2017 and 2018 to what it is now? (And he even acknowledges the loss of a deep play threat/Cooks), but still he might feel he is playing with half a deck?
He might think he needs a more aggressive attack to get to the SB/a deeper playoff run...
