To answer your question on Hoecht, it depends on the call

Drop Young (or Verse) into coverage and have Hoecht and the 3 DL rush the QB?

The scheme calls for one of the two OLBers rushing or both, but it's not a matter of WHO does it but who is one the side they want to rush. That depends on the call ... or and audible, I suppose

Rams could rush the strong side OLBer, or the weakside OLBer, or both


Or drop both and one of the the ILBers can rush, Jones is particularly good at this
