Probably 2.5 or so, but with traffic jams and whatnot..

Late at night I can get it to 2.25, but there are specific areas that have CONSTANT HIPO's patrolling, so guaranteed tickets if you're not careful... Actually it was 3 hours in the 80's cause highway speed were 55mph.. now we're at 75mph.. 85 if I'm feeling good..
