Gosh-I'm surprised there are any "traval agents" left anymore when it comes to flying to USA destinations. All airlines have their own websites where you can purchase tickets and plan your own trips.

Sorry about your grief over this. OTOH I admire your cancer support group. Nothing like having friends that share a common health issue.
