In terms of the team. Some teams have a structure where the GM is higher up the ladder than the coach. Rams don't do it that way. On personnel decisions, it's collaborative. No one imposes players on someone else and there's no unilateral personnel decisions.

This is a very minor quibble but I'm not sure it's the case that Snead has "fs."You know "final say" is contractually stipulated. In a structure like the Rams you only need "final say" as a last resort if there's an impasse yet something has to be done. As you say I don't think they're ever in that situation. In the Rams situation the effort is put in to being on the same page. Anyway to my knowledge no one has said that Snead was given the contractual power of "final say." I once asked VB who had contractually stipulated final say and he didn't answer. Which probably means he doesn't know.
