He runs his division. Personnel. That's in terms of hiring scouts and gathering info. That;s obvious. No one disputed that. I don't know if anyone would ever dispute that, it's so obvious.
Here's what I was talking about. He does not run THE TEAM. Some teams have a structure where the GM is higher up the ladder than the coach. Rams don't do it that way. On personnel decisions, it's collaborative. No one imposes players on someone else and there's no unilateral personnel decisions.
