He runs his division. Personnel. That's in terms of hiring scouts and gathering info.
In terms of the team. Some teams have a structure where the GM is higher up the ladder than the coach. Rams don't do it that way. On personnel decisions, it's collaborative. No one imposes players on someone else and there's no unilateral personnel decisions.
