I don't know the insider details but I'm guessing the Rams offered AD a contract last year making him the highest played defensive player in the NFL and his damn agent balked because they wanted an out clause after 3 years or what ever that rumor was.
^^^^This^^^^ My feelings too Florida. That was the "rumor" last year. No way am I buying the "low ball" accusations being thrown around. The Rams didn't "have" to make any offer to AD at all as he is still under contract. The FACT that they DID tells me they are trying but have a "limit" to the amount and structure of the contract. Players/agents can be unreasonable too. Sometimes you have to say no regardless who the player is or how good they are.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
