The one that I grew up in. It was nothing but Old School people who gave a damn. When they started passing away, many of their homes became Rentals = Game Over! It has sorta made a rebound but it's still far from what it was. Our street...Saaaaame thing. The old school folks are fading and the Younger generations moving in simply do not care. I honestly do not see it getting better. The only question will be is how long can me and my Wife tolerate it???

Pisses me off to no end because we are just 4-6 years away from paying off our house. I was HOPING this would be my last house.
