I know there are many out there that are run by power hungry egos. I also know that many people move into HOA areas knowing damn well what the rules are but then either push the envelope or run to a TV News station to whine. The very common one down here is .....Flags. MANY HOAs say in clear print...."NO flags of ANY sort". I like seeing American flags flying proudly as much as anyone. You guys know me and my love for Country. But I get irked when someone moves to where they KNOW they are not allowed then raise hell when confronted. People say...I'm not gonna let a HOA tell me what color to paint my house and then paint their house NEON PINK?? Yes....Happened here in Jacksonville.
