That's awesome..

But, man.. a year worth of fighting has to take its toal.. these HOA people just like to throw what little bit of weight they have, around.. I wanna get solar panels.. my guess is that I'll be having multiple arguments with them over that.. but, not being a legal HOA I don't think they have a pot to pee in..
