They had a party with about 25 cars parked on every square foot of their yard and blocking the neighbors across the street from backing out with little room to spare. They also butchered a Pig and left the rotting remains in their garbage. I did not smell it but the neighbor across the street had the wind juuuuust right. When the approached the Summer's Eve people about it, they guy bowed up??
