Representing tenants who have been charged fees for doing something "allegedly" against the "rules" of the HOA. Most of the people who run for the Board know nothing about what they can or cannot do-unless they are lawyers-and even then !

  I have heard of INSANE HOA fees that are around $400-$500 / month here in Florida.
