Goff seemed to have trouble with the same teams and/or same defensive systems starting with the SB. In the 2nd half of 2018 there were playcalling issues in combination with OL issues. In 2019 there were huge OL issues--it defined the season.
Leave that out and it's not real analysis. Based on the fact that real analysis means including all relevant factors. As a rule, if all you ever look at is the qb, then, the qb is all you're ever going to see. But that's not football analysis.
2020 was not 2019--it had nowhere near the same kinds of OL issues. Pretending they are the same just means omitting too many facts. So whoever wants to see a continued set of identical Goff issues can see that if they want--but only by leaving important things out. Like the most common omission--where for some reason, people who follow football actually and really do not account for the OL (in spite of claiming they do). 2019 was its own animal. It is a rare, rare qb who rises above OL issues like the issues they had that season. Stafford for example certainly never has.
