The coach himself said he had issues with communicating with the qb. That cannot be denied.
And communication means you don't leave things up to guessing. Being a jerk in public can just mean you don't handle stress. It does not directly convey that the coach has decided to switch qbs. If he does not directly say that to the guy's face, then it's not communication.
Again, McVay has already admitted that he had that problem.
