McVay himself has openly said it. He said after Goff left he was not very good at communicating. Yet he was the qb coach in 2020!
And then there's reports leaked from the Rams saying that the coach and qb were not seeing the same things.
Well why in the freak NOT. McV made himself the qb coach in 2020. Yet...he and the qb were not on the same page? It's the qb coaches JOB to make sure the coach and qb are on the same page.
