Yes, he does, but those numbers don't lie.....he was night and day different with a weapon like Diggs .....from 26th in passing to 3rd with the addition of Diggs is telling, no debate on that

A guy like Diggs comes in and it steps everyone up. He's got a connection with the QB and to hear Allen and Diggs talk about it, that was a very big deal. Gives a Quarterback confidence. That confidence spreads around. Josh Allen come of age this year, but Stefon had a very big hand in that. Those guys are winning like a team.
