I realize McVay has his warts. But that stuff is all relative. Line up all the best coaches they all have quirks and down results. We're sitting on a guy right now who has done something maybe 5 or so head coaches could have pulled off, in winning 10 games in the NFC West after walking away from Gurley, Cooks, Wade Phillips, etc.
Nobody expected anything from the Rams. For good reason. The guy is an elite head coach my man. And btw this season is not over yet. What are you going to be saying next week if we beat Seattle? What about if we go further?
I think the guy has maximized what he had at a very high level this season. It's a shame fans have already gotten so spoiled IMO.
