What my Reading Comp Teachers used to tell me!!! But seriously.....It will always be on his mind. Time WAS your car would get stolen if you left it running and unattended, left the keys in it, valuables etc etc.. These days, they just get stolen. Till the power that be REALLY crack down on offenders, ESPECIALLY repeat offenders, it's gonna continue to be a game for Thieves and a ROYAL PITA to victims.
