We tried to jump it and it made the ratchety sound a couple of times then the 3rd time I tried to turn it over it was silent. No sound at all.
Doesn't appear to be the battery to me. I think there's something else wrong, maybe the starter? I'll call the dealer tomorrow to set up a repair appointment.
