I agree that Wolf may be a better short term solution as a game manager under the current system. However, if Stafford goes down for an extended period of time I don't think we can win crap with Wolf. With Perkins McVay can modify the offense somewhat and utilize Perkins ability to run and throw to put pressure on defenses.

My question still stands: What have we ever seen from Wolf that makes you believe the Rams can win with him at QB if God forbid something happens to Stafford? I have an easier time projecting Perkins as a winning QB than I do Wolf. I would agree if I had to have one of the come in a finish off a game Wolf would probably be the safer choice. Over 5 games it would be Perkins and IMO it's not even close.
