Give Wolford 2-3 seconds and he will execute this McVay game plan just fine.

I admire your confidence in the Wolf 43. I just don't see it.
When was the last time you saw The Wolf "execute this McVay game plan just fine"? Last time I saw him in REAL action with the #1's was in garbage time and looked like he didn't belong. I mean he looked REALLY bad.
To be honest 43, the only time he DID look ok was in that Az playoff game against a team we OWNED on both sides of the ball. Even that game, what did he do to impress you other than not lose the game?
As for last night, I didn't see the hype that I was reading about during camp and practices. He looked the same as he did the last time I saw him play.
I am not saying Perkins is "all that and a bag o chips", just that Perkins has a higher upside and is the better athlete and play maker/drive extender than the Wolf. IMO, the Wolf isn't going to get any better but Perkins might.
Do you think McVay plays the Wolf again this week? Does he start Perkins and play The Wolf the second half? I would. It will be interesting to see how McVay plays this out.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
