I just don't see any growth from Wolf since his one win two years ago, and the way he looked last night was scary.
But, but, but... I hear the Wolf looks great in practice playing "no hand touch"! LOL I just don't understand why he wouldn't look as good when actually playing against people who want to hurt him! And all that talk about how great the Wolf looks and how much stronger his arm is...was just BS.
You can only learn so much by watching someone "practice". You need to seem them in "live game action" to see how they handle pressure. How do they improvise with a 300 lb DL breathing down their neck?
I was surprised McVay actually played the Wolf because this was EXACTLY what I expected from him. He was EXPOSED for what he he is. I wouldn't be surprised if McVay doesn't even play the Wolf next week and still gifts him the job.
IMO, Seeing The Wolf and Perkins in the same game really makes it clear how Perkins is the better athlete and has more potential. He made plays when there was nothing to be had. The Wolf didn't.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
