I don't think he's had a pro like that to really study from and learn from. Yes he had Todd but I don't think he's in Petersons league when it comes to professionalism.....Plus what he got from him was fleet at best and then he was the guy year 2 with Todd gone....kinda like when Martz took over from Dick.....he was thrust into #1 with little/no real experience right off the bat.
IMO some of his issues you bring up may be because he just didn't have a guy in front of him with a career like a Peterson can offer....He may well be a guy who isn't hungry enough, but I'd like to see some one with a plate like Peterson has to offer up 1st and see if he eats, or chooses to play with his food.
