I don't think it's necessarily his size, but rather his durability which is a serious question mark. He put up 138 carries in 2020, but by season's end, he was on injured reserve. Some guys can run it between the tackles.
Henderson is not that guy. He attacks the perimeter with flashy bursts of speed. It's not a slight on him if that's exactly what the Rams save him for. Leave the between the tackles stuff for a bigger back. Darren Sproles made a huge NFL career out of picking his spots. Henderson is more like that type of running back.
I wouldn't buy a Corvette and then take it off-roading. Henderson is a corvette. It's okay for the LA Rams to use him like one.
