I have never seen elite QBs fall off the side of a cliff like Goff has against the Lions, Bears, Eagles, Pats in 2018 and Browns, 1st 49ers game, Dallas, and Pittsburgh in 2019
his performances in those games all close with the exception of Dallas was alarming and has convinced me that he is not the kind of QB you pay a multi-year contract to
I want to be wrong about that but I just can't shake those performances
The SB performance was so bad just a complete mess... which is stunning considering how he handled the Saints in NO 2 weeks before
But then again he plays well against the Saints... he has their number. Not phased by them at all... but hes not facing them every week
