I didn't watch very much of the combine, and not all of the QB's. But what I did see from the QB's, other than Penix, did not impress me. A couple actually looked very poor to me. I remember watching Goff and Wentz in the combine and I was wow'd. Both of them... I didn't see anything like that in the group I watched: Penix, Rattler, Reed, Slovis - - Slovis was particularly unimpressive tby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com

I also go out for dinner rarely. But starting this last Thursday.... I went to a Crab Social... all you can eat. Today I ate at a Basque restaurant, called the Santa Fe. AND... I'm going there again Tuesday for a business meeting.... THEN AGAIN next Friday for another business meeting. that's 4 restaurants in 8 days! I can't say for sure but that has to be my all time record not coby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Fresno, closest big city to me, has few restaurants that offer it and frankly I don't think any of them have top quality ciopinno. pretty sure I posted about a restaurant my daughter found in Napa, (close to you?). It's called "Pasta Prego". Small restaurant. My daughter had the Mussel Risotto - came home and said I had to try it. I think it was two days later we drove to Napaby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
because so much goes into this... and I'm not doubting you... but if, big IF, the man has that much natural ability, (not saying he does, I don't know), how is he not a top candidate for NFL coaching capability, or are NFL coaches over rated?by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
moments in sports that I watch over, and over, and over. Klammer is one of them. Ram's first SB win is tops for me.... BUT... Miracle on ice is very close, if not tied.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I have a few. Not enough, but some. Tonight was our annual Crab dinner at our Italian Club. It is, put simply, the greatest meal you'll ever experience. My granddaughter cannot attend... too young. So in years past I buy a platter of crab and bring it home for her. Not this year, they didn't allow it. Costs are so high now they can't do it anymore. So at my table were a congressman, a cby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I saw that live.... or maybe it was taped? First airing in the USA anyway. I wouldn't say he was 'out of control' all the way down. I think it's better described by saying he took every critical point on the course 'just over' what was possible... or at least beyond any thing he had yet attempted. He first got 'out of whack' very early in his run - just try to imagine the mental strengthby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I could try but it won't make any sense to you - - - it is, at the same time, the most fun and must infuriating activity you can do. I didn't play much golf while I was in High School. I got serious about it in my late 20's. In my 50's my shoulders gave out and had to quit golf. Back into it now because after a long time off from the game swinging a club doesn't hurt my shoulders anymore.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Too late... already did. :laughing We have 2 or 3 of them in my home... my daughter got them for free. Her health insurance was giving them away... no idea why. BUT... I have never used them. Only time I used them was that trip to the Chiropractor. So I don't know if I've ever felt 'max'.... I did tell the Chiropractor to crank it up, several times, because it felt so damn good. Think I posted this before... several years ago. Several years ago something went wrong with my neck. Well, where my neck connects to my shoulder. Never did get a diagnosis but I'm pretty sure it was a pinched nerve. It was agony, and in fact damn near had me bed ridden. Doc's could do nothing, I suffered, weeks went by until I was desperate. I had never been to Chiropractor but afterby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I'm now about a year and a half into my comeback after a very long lay off... 15 yrs, maybe 20. By this time I "thought" I would be playing decent golf. I'm not. :laughing I should have known that at my age 'distance' would be considerably off and I did BUT.... I didn't expect this big of a drop off. Just as an example... on average I'm using either 3 or 4 bigger clubs than I uby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub

Like you I follow many astrophysicists, physicists in general.... and no, Neil is not on my favorites list. But I have enjoyed some of his interviews. Most of those I follow are authors and don't really appear on TV all that often. Big fan of Brian Greene. Hawking was fascinating. I've only seen Dr. Becky once, maybe twice, but I agree... she's very good. As is Brian Cox... another whoby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Extremely knowledgeable man.... can be entertaining..... AND... has the maturity level of a 3rd grader, if that. :laughing So if you're a fan... I'm not really putting him down here. I have enjoyed some of this talks. But he is childishly immature... beyond doubt. I'm not going to post links, you can look this up if you wish, and I'm certain you'll find that I'm quite right about this.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
3 families.... originally only one family got the dance competition discount before they sold out. Without the discount on two of the rooms the difference between 3 rooms or one suite was not all that much... so we chose the suite. No idea which tower yet but since it was the last one available so I'm sure it won't be in one of the two preferred towers. So you're off the hook..... unless,by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
So when you see it in your front yard from May 22nd thru the 27th don't call the cops... it's me, and 3 family members. Tried to book the Disney Hotel this morning for my granddaughter's dance competition. They sold out in less than one minute after they opened for bookings.. I was online trying to get booked and failed. So my family is now in full fledged panic mode..... I calmed them by lby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub

but the HS all my grandkids attend, (except two grandsons in England), is having a banner year.... just winning the central valley championship in Basketball and Girl's Soccer. how I missed RUSH. What I mean by that is: When they were on top I didn't not know who they were. If I had heard of them I have no memory of it. I know... hard to believe, but I may know why. They came up when I was away. Army, 3 years. During most of that time I was out of the country, with little to no access to the top hits in America. Not sure how many of these I've seen... maybe a dozen? And about half were in other countries... I remember Australia, Canada, and the UK. I think the USA is lenient but in those other countries a slap on the wrist is almost too harsh in their systems. But it still seems odd to me... the way they chat, even to expound when not asked a question. So yeah, I think you're probably right but at the same time - do you think there is something different between the guilty, (not talking about crimes of passion here but cold blooded murder), and those who would not commit such a heinous crime? Something in their psychological makeup? Corruption...by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I wasn't referring to the reasons for the 5th, or the necessity of it. I'm aware of all that. I meant I don't understand why they are so talkative in the first place, even after being read their rights. I don't think us non-murderers can ever really understand them. Just one example: Watching those true crime videos I'm thinking, "Damn, guilt would consume me. I would want to be punished".... and I suppose there are a few who do think that way but it's damn few. I grew up with a guy who killed his stepdaughter. She was 13. One was probation the other parole. I didn't understand the parole, (and didn't really look into it)... but it was something like a technicality during the sentencing phase. The verdict stood but the sentencing was changed and parole was granted. If I come across it again, (doubtful), I'll try to clarify.
