Not sure how many of these I've seen... maybe a dozen? And about half were in other countries... I remember Australia, Canada, and the UK. I think the USA is lenient but in those other countries a slap on the wrist is almost too harsh in their systems. Maybe I just happened to see the 'exceptions' where light sentences were given. - JamesJM
