Because he actually WINS....heck Marvin Lewis held a job for over a decade without a playoff win, but it is a new era in the NFL and it is win now or GTFO....Nagy, Zimmer, Fangio, Judge, etc lost thier jobs too...don't see their names up for interview candidates....it is not about what color you are, it is about if you can change a culture and WIN with in a three year or less time frame. ZERO playoff appearances will get you fired these days, I don't care what excuse you want to use or how close you were.
