McVay ruined it for every new coach hired....

Owners see what McVay did in his first year with a doormat franchise with a "bust" first round QB and think that is the new standard.

Can you blame the Giants for hiring an offense minded HC who has a resume of coaching up his QB?


Flores might have a case that the owner was a crazy old man, but the NFL being racist and run like a "plantation" sounds like sour grapes at this point....It just seems like the easy way out by claiming you were wronged these days....don't blame the Giants, blame the Rooney Rule for having to have them waste your time with an interview...is this your end game? to eliminate the Rooney Rule??? Is that gonna really help anybody you supposedly are doing this for? Why wait until you get fired to expose the owner for is unethical practices? If it bothered you that much you should have resigned and exposed him then back in 2019


How is Mike Tomlin still have a job after 15 years? Because he actually WINS....heck Marvin Lewis held a job for over a decade without a playoff win, but it is a new era in the NFL and it is win now or GTFO....Nagy, Zimmer, Fangio, Judge, etc lost thier jobs too...don't see their names up for interview candidates....it is not about what color you are, it is about if you can change a culture and WIN with in a three year or less time frame. ZERO playoff appearances will get you fired these days, I don't care what excuse you want to use or how close you were.
