Anyway, what Silver DID say, for absolute sure, is that whatever the issue is, it's fixable.
I wonder how many people are going to dismiss or ignore or forget that part of it.
....
It's concerning that there IS an issue. Previous to this report, we could only speculate that there was an issue and many here insisted that there wasn't.
But per Silver, now we know there is dissatisfaction from the coach.
And since you're so big on accuracy given your post here, Silver didn't say it's fixable. He said that "he doesn't believe that it's not fixable." IOW, that's just him opining. That part is no different than you or I having an opinion on whether the issue, whatever it is, is fixable.
Someone here who followed Goff at Cal says the issue is that McVay is a control freak and that it's damaging to Goff. Is that the narrative you subscribed to in advance before replying?
BTW you're nitpicking, contrary to my much larger point. Grammatically Silver using a double negative that way is the exact same as using a positive. I for one don't believe you do not understand that.
...
You missed the point. .
No I made fun of it.
I thought it was weak. Or rather...I didn't not get your point. You missed that Silver used a double negative. That's not remotely the same thing as turning (to paraphrase) "qb and coach don't see the same things" into "coach says the qb processes too slowly."
I would actually feel it was a real criticism if you could claim that I ever misrepresented a broadcast by a reporter. That's much more of an issue than you not catching on to a double negative. IE. ... move on.
