Of course Goff is gonna say what ever he has to say to get on the field and it's obvious McVay didn't think his thumb was ready....it's pretty clear it wasn't.

But that doesn't matter to Goff...he thinks if he can walk he should be out there, it is common in ultra competitive athletes


Fans and the media are gonna make what ever they want out of it, but it's pretty obvious to most.
