1) the Rams will address it
2) how this season ends will dictate to what length
3) the Rams can be better at center for sure
A more athletic QB helps the oline a ton. The Rams don’t have a poor oline. They have a QB who is very poor at off schedule plays and lacks mobility when flushed or moved from the pocket. He doesn’t even climb the pocket the way I expect him too many times
Drafting a QB on the second round I could easily see, or as DZ says a Darnold, Mariotta, Haskins, type pickup. A young QB that has potential but did not fair well in their first stint
I will say this merlin/dz - you guys are really sharp posters. Look at how McVay has changed this offense to help Goff. Look at how stripped down it is. There is no way after two seasons like this he hitches his reputation to Goff. IMO it’s the beginning of the end
McVay is absolutely going to kick himself because once the Rams are eliminated in a couple of weeks he’s gonna know that this team didn’t get to a SB because of his offense
Think about that - No way in hell he sits well with that.
