Or it was an impossible to dispell excuse for another poorly run Fisher team. Last year Dave McGinnis also gave Fisher credit for McVays success. Now does that sound like a guy who knows what he's talking about?
I doubt McGinnis would come up with a lie that he knows the entire Rams medical staff and team roster would know was a lie. I mean if nothing else I assume he's a better liar than that.
Plus of course his statement explains all the things that happened with Gurley in 2016, before and during the season.
