First there is very, very little chance that Fisher is getting fired with just a few games left. It almost never happens and these two guys like each other. I don't see Kroenke humiliating someone he very much likes to satisfy some loudmouth media types and unhappy fans that he doesn't really care about in the first place.
Also, I'm not sure what you missed but the fans and the media have been all over the "Fisher needs to go" bandwagon for a couple of seasons now. So it isn't like there is new pressure on Kroenke. Not that it would matter anyway. Whatever his plan is, it's really unlikely that he is going to deviate from it. So if his plan was to replace Fisher this year, or next year or the season before the new stadium debuts that's probably what he's going to do.
We can speculate all we want, but his plan is probably only been shared with 3 people and they aren't saying anything.
