IMO - Fisher gets one more year...unless big turnaround on offense..

Fisher MUST get the offense fixed...I see 2017 with staff intact cept offensive side - which could see a big purge...
I think Fisher hires Turner(or a real solid vet OC with a vision) that can match the Defense & STs.

IF...Fisher cannot do seriously better next year...
I think Stan buys fisher's last year off and gets a vet offensive oriented OC as his new HC to coach in 2018
- one practice/gather momentum type season for the new HC before opening in 2019.
IF Fisher does DO well next year on offense and record...that 2nd year option will be picked up...
and Stan will see if Fisher can repeat his success in 2018 to make sure it was no fluke.

I keep saying NorvTurner...just cuz he has always used the running game really well but has more intuition for passing attack than our previous OCs. IMO Turner could keep Groh and use him...but Boras is demoted or fired...cuz the running game is HIS baby and it blows.
I think they are running a scheme(zone run blocking? or somethin)
that the OL and TG are NOT comfortable with.
I don't think Boras can fix the problem and is losing the players...but that's just my crazy speculation...
based on nuthin but my own desires. lol

Our defense is very good...and STs are outstanding. We just need to really put the offense into experienced hands...
and Fisher needs to hand the keys over to the new OC(Turner? roman? whomever)
and let the OC staff teach Goff and the WRs what "MaxQ" can be.
