I think he's a naturally instinctive football player and fundamentally sound tackler for a DB. McVay likes him, but he's a FA and they're already loaded at Safety. I don't think he's quick or fast enough to play CB. He'll need to be a ST demon to have a remote chance of making the final roster. Most likely he'll be a practice squad addition.
played right safety and dime LBer --- they may be seeing him as a Kam Curl type. Playing multiple positions inside.
I think 43 said McCullough looked like a sawed off LB. Dime LB might be his most natural position. I read his Bio and it says he's good in coverage, but only runs a 4.7 40. He's in an upward battle to make the team. I'll be rooting for him.
