It's game 1 of pre season, the guy looked very ready for sure, but to start structuring the WR room right now seems a bit fast. Why not think he may become #3?
He'll make the team for sure, he'll be a part of the 53....but TuTu not playing (so far) and it's not due to injury means something, especially the way Sean is known to play the pre season.
I have absolutely no ill will toward Atwell. In fact, as a Ram, I wish him the best.
It’s just that I’m so pleased and impressed with Whitt. And I confess that I’ve been touting him since he was drafted. Long before he ever saw the practice field as a pro, much less in a preseason game.
So, I’m human and can’t help my exuberance when such a player is thriving to this degree.
