Over the years I've found that to be a challenge...but not for lack of talent.
I've been very lucky.....very close life long friends, close relatives, have made up most of my bands. And all my bands, except for perhaps the first, were put together to have fun, that was the priority. never the less... we've had to replace musicians/vocalists at times... and wow....
There are some real characters out there... and I'm not excluding myself.
I have found that artists, in general, are a strange breed... and IMHO Musicians are the strangest of them all, actors a close second. And it's not just 'ego', which certainly is prevalent.... it's just, no other way to say it, oddballs... and again, not excluding myself.
I wish you the best of luck. But I would add this warning.. when putting together the band members... don't turn your back on any of them.
