Thanks.... and a quick 'operator services' tale...

I don't remember how this happened exactly - - - but I was once making a call using the operator, I think it was long distance. Somewhat into the call the operator said, "Just a moment Jimmy".

I had NOT given her my name so needless to say this shocked me. The operator giggled when I expressed my shock about her knowing my name then explained... it was a lady I had gone to school with from kindergarten thru high school.

Yes, I know... my tale doesn't explain how she came to know my name simply by talking to me... it wasn't recognizing my voice, I know that... but I can't recall the specifics of how she recognized me. Anyway... this was a long time after high school and I had not heard from her in years - - so we had a long conversation, catching up, before she completed my call.
