I'm with you RD, I don't disagree with even one point. Woods was MY guy. I bought a Woods #17 game jersey after the second game I watched him play for the Rams. I loved his selfless attitude, his toughness, blocking, heck, everything about him. I hadn't bought a game jersey in years, and I usually go DL, or LB (Youngblood, Reynolds, Greene, Carter etc) but after that second game, I told the wife, "I have a new favorite Ram. " And ordered the jersey from the Rams website. I've worn it for every game since then. I wore it to every game this year and NEVER washed it. In fact I specifically told the wife, "Please, DO NOT wash my Woods jersey." LOL. I was crushed when he got injured. For me he epitomized everything I personally love about the game of football. Period.
What I want to hear from McVay and Snead is just EXACTLY WHY they moved him. McVay says it was a "tough decision". So, ok, why did you do it? The trade off was minimal. I fact the Rams took a loss IMO to move him. I don't get it either.
