This is the way I look at adding Robinson and subtracting Woods.
First, it looks to me like the Rams diversified their WR room. When I look at Kupp, Robinson, Woods, and Jefferson I see Robinson as being the one who plays different. He is more of a big, contest-catch, jump-ball receiver and while there may be differences in talent and skills, to me Kupp, Woods, and Jefferson seem more like the same type of WR. (And to be clear, I'm not saying the three of them are interchangeable parts, I'm saying their 'game' is similar).
I'm guessing that a perceived desire to diversify their WR room took place AFTER declining to draft DK Metcalf in 2019?
