So, why doesn't someone ask McVay for the specific reasons and process used to decide to move Woods? All this speculation seems absurd. There have to be some specifics that were considered by McVay and Sneed. Why aren't we hearing them?
Glacie not fighting just doesn't seem to add up. What would you prefer to have on the team, a stud, team captain, pillar of the franchise or 3.5 million in cap space, when you are 9 million under the cap. If we needed to get under by a deadline that's one thing but moving 3.5 in cap space isn't a mean feat in the least. There are other scenarios for the move that aren't so complimentary to the team and the only reason they are being entertained is because what is being said doesn't really add up, at least to me. I love Bobby Trees. I loved London Fletcher but when we lost him I understood it was either him or Little we couldn't have both. For me having Woods on roster insulates the Rams from an injury wrecking our offense until OBJ recovers if he returns. If every stays healthy we have an abundance of weapons for the stretch run and playoffs and then we trade one of the three, OBJ, Robinson or Woods. Not questioning why Robinson questioning why sell a valuable asset at all much less for pennies on the dollar.
