that Bobby W. might have lost a "step" but he is STILL a very good player and as you stated, he is better than what we have now.
My question for you is do you think Wagner can help Jones get to another level even if it means taking away some of his snaps? I do. Seems like a win win for everyone.
With the Rams "Run it Back" mantra for this year I can easily see them signing BW even if it means not playing Jones as much. It seems like the Rams are trying to field the BEST players possible and that would mean WAGNER.
The best part about signing BW would be that it means no more Reeder! lol
Rams play 1 MLB mich of the time, with the 5-1, 6-1, and even 4-2, one of those "2" is a safety, so, onlytime they would be together is
when Rams play the 3-4 which is about, 10-12-13% of the time.
So, the benefit of upgrading Wagner for Reeder instead of Jones for Reeder is not as big as I think people want itto be. Jones was coming on, and
I think in his second-year might be as good as Wagner in his declining years...
I could be wrong, of course, but Jones looks to me to be a future star. Wagner is a fading star. At that position, I go with Jones.
Would rather go after edge or CB
