So there is maybe 1 reason or example.....IMO many times too much thinking and or reasoning goes into fans when the answer inside the building is a much simpler thing. Fans trying to figure out why things are done because we are not privy to what's "actually" going on. It's fun and with off season going it gives a way to steam up for the season.
Personally I think it's as simple as Sean feels as though he's gone as far with Aaron as he can go....Aaron is very well set into his "type" coaching, his "type" players, his"type" scheme, and well he should he's one of the best. But at the same time Sean is younger and always seeming to want to elevate, grow, learn and seems to like guys who can add a little something to what's already in place...to grow, expand and feed the need to always change....to try and keep the other teams adapting to YOU.
Stories come out by writers and they kinda spit out a little tidbit, but really show no cleaner image/idea on a subject..They project an idea or statement that is meant to get the fan base going..Like with the Kromer father/son deal......I think it's just that Sean feels they have taken the Kromer Train as far as it could go, and it for the most part did the trick, now it's time to adapt off that with a new set of eyes/ideas.
