Not buying the nepotism excuse.

I think OzRam asked the correct question. If both father and son were doing great jobs, why in the world would McVay want to split them up?

Nope. Something else was going on here regarding OL that was beneath the surface but was so fundamental that it necessitated the loss of Aaron Kromer.
