Only things I think about also is watching the ability of coach growing and adapting, and he has shown he is very capable of doing this.

And seeing how well this staff we now have teaches and prepares the new players.

I really think both of these are just repetitive on your list though since like you mention with most of your items is development of players and putting them in a position to succeed.
