That there may be a plan of sorts in place. That he isn't totally insane and just mortgaged the future, with a new stadium opening?
There seems to be a lot of doom and gloom on our cap numbers, however, it seems pretty short sighted to think they all just sat around and decided to play Madden with the franchise.
I don't believe that. I thought moving Peters and Talib early was smart. I don't think they pay Fowler. Weddle and Matthews are gone and they likely know it. I think Brockers is gone and Sebastian Day should be a back up; put Gaines next to AD.
They have Micah Kiser under contract to pair with Littleton. Reeder now has game experience.
David Long and D. Williams provide CB depth. I've grown to realize Cooks and Gurley aren't going anywhere. They will retool their roles. Everett will have a bigger 2020.
They will focus all of their FA and draft activity on the OL and linebacker IMO.
